Order Processing & Production All our products are made specifically for you as soon as you place an order. Unlike fast-fashion brands, we operate on an on-demand basis to reduce overproduction and waste.

• Production Time: It typically takes 2–5 business days to create your embroidered or printed items.

• Shipping Time: Once your order is ready, it is shipped immediately. Delivery times depend on your location but generally range between 3–7 business days within the EU.

You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package is on its way.

Shipping Rates We ship to all coastal and inland regions across Europe. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Pro Tip: Keep an eye on our announcements—we often offer Free Shipping on orders over a certain amount (e.g., €80).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Fishleggs is based in Belgium (EU). For orders shipped within the European Union, no additional customs duties apply. For orders outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs and taxes applied to the order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages Fishleggs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

However, if there is a production error (e.g., wrong embroidery or defective garment), please contact us immediately at macadesigns2728@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we will make it right.

International Shipping We currently focus on shipping within the EU to ensure the best service and delivery times. If you are located outside the EU and wish to order, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
